Mautic does not come with a native backup option. If you are technically oriented this may not be much of a problem, unless you manage a lot of sites.
Face it, Mautic isn’t the most solid platform in the world. I have had to reinstall from scratch on more than one occasion.
Unless you are a command line genius moving from one server to another, or setting up a test/staging site with existing data is complicated.
That is why we created our GautIt Backup Plugin for Mautic.
Basic version backs up Mautic files and Database to local drive once a day.
Pro Licensed version
Allows backup to remote drives such as Dropbox and Amazon S3 (more drives will be supported soon).
Scheduling ability coming in next release.
